Non-Refundable Travelers Fee ~ Upon scheduling appointments, a deposit of $25 is required for Mobile Services beyond a 10-mile radius. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you fail to show up for service or the wait time exceeds 15 minutes.
Cancellation Policy ~ You will forfeit your $25 deposit for appointment cancellation.
DC Residents have NO FEE for notarial services on all DC Government-issued forms or documents ONLY; however, there is a travel starting at $25 and up each way.
Eff. January 1, 2024, MD Residents up to $8.00 fee for notarial services plus a $5.00 Travel Fee plus an IRS mileage rate of $0.67 per mile each way
Eff. January 1, 2024, MD Certified Copy $6.00 fee for the first copy and $3 for each additional copy; at the client's request, should the copies need recording in the notary journal, a $6 fee will apply.
Eff. January 1, 2024, MD Remote notarization changed from $4.00 to not more than $30 per an original notarial act
Specialty fees for loan services, signing services, for example, deeds of trust, etc., are available upon request.
